MISCELLANEOUS TECHNICAL NOTES
a)  Shunts installed on J5/pins 1 & 3, J8/pins 1 & 2, and J6/pins 1 & 3 are spares.
b)  When the drive is configured to support dual-drive emulation, both emulated drives respond as one to any power-management command.
c)  If both the master and the slave are of the ST31220 family drives, you need not install a jumper on J5/jumper 2.
This is because the master can detect the presence of a slave with DASP.
